INGREDIENTS
- 40ml / 1 ⅓ Oz Mezcal Espadin
- 10ml / ⅓ Oz Bianco Vermouth
- East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade

Dash of Chocolate Bitters
GARNISH
- Cinnamon Quill
- Lime Zest
METHOD
Add mezcal, vermouth, bitters and East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade to a rocks glass, pack with large cubed ice and garnish with a lime zest and a cinnamon quill.
