Mandalay Cooler

INGREDIENTS

• 2/3 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
• 2/3 oz. Fresh orange juice
• 1 Dash of Peychauds Bitters
• East Imperial Tonic Water

GARNISH

• Lemongrass

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a chilled  highball glass and pack with quality ice. Top with East Imperial Tonic Water then garnish and stir gently with a shoot of lemongrass.
