La Capilla

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 oz. Blanco tequila
• 1/6 oz. Lime juice
• 1 Dash Habanero Bitters
• East Imperial Grapefruit Soda

GARNISH

• Lime slices

METHOD

Add tequila and lime juice to a chilled highball glass with a dash of Habanero Bitters. Pack with quality ice and top with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda and gently stir. Garnish with a couple of fresh lime slices.
