Gardenia Cup

Gardenia Cup Cocktail by East Imperial
  • 1/2 oz. Savoury / herbaceous style gin
  • 1/3 oz. Violet syrup
  • Dash of Balsamic vinegar
  • East Imperial Superior Soda Water
  • Long cucumber slice
  • Grapefruit zest

Take a chilled short glass and add the gin, violet syrup and a dash of balsamic vinegar. With a vegetable peeler cut a long thin slice of cucumber, prepare grapefruit zest by removing all the pith with a sharp pairing knife. Slide both garnishes down the length of the glass and top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water.
