French Quarter
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml / 1 ⅓ oz Rye Whiskey
- 20ml / ⅔ oz Cognac
- Dash of Absinthe
- Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
- Topped with East Imperial Old World Tonic
GARNISH
- Lemon Zest
METHOD
Add rye, cognac, absinthe and bitters to a frozen mixing glass, pack with cubed ice and stir until mixing glass is frosted. Pour into a rocks glass and top with a dash of East Imperial Old World Tonic, add a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon zest
