Cayman Americano Cocktail by East Imperial
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 oz. Spiced rum
  • 1/6 oz. Rosso vermouth
  • Thai Dry Ginger Ale
GARNISH
  • Mint sprig
  • Lime zest
METHOD

Add premium spiced rum and vermouth to a chilled highball glass, pack with quality ice and gently stir. Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale and garnish with lime zest and fresh sprig of mint.
