• 5ml / ⅙ oz  Orgeat
• 15ml / ½ oz  Cold Brew Coffee 
• 150ml East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic

GARNISH

• Fresh Orange Slice

METHOD

Build in a rocks glass with large cubed ice.

Orgeat brings a creamy like texture to life in this riff on a “turbo tonic”, made with almonds and their milk, orgeat is a great addition to all savoury & acidic flavour profiles.
